Welcome to the second Comedy Fantasy Camp: your gateway to comedic stardom! Building on the invaluable lessons from our first camp, we've revamped our program to ensure an even more extraordinary experience for aspiring comedians and writers. Drawing inspiration from the legendary Rock 'n’ Roll Fantasy Camp, which has thrived for 25 years, we're thrilled to introduce you to an unforgettable journey.
We’re excited to announce the comedian Caroline Rhea will be on hand all four days of camp! Caroline will oversee the writing groups, offer stand up tips and tricks, and provide feedback on your final performance at THE HOLLYWOOD IMPROV. At the first camp, Caroline was a crowd-favorite, so we knew we couldn't just have her visit for one day this time!
In addition, we're honored to feature Saturday Night Live alumni Jon Lovitz, also known for his work on The Critic, The Simpsons, and countless other TV shows and movies! , Jon has pursued a career as a stand-up comedian. He is one of the few performers to start as an actor and then become a stand-up comedian who successfully headlines venues across the country.
Comic and internet personality Trever Wallace will also be a special guest! Trevor has over 21 millions social media followers across platforms and is a regular on popular YouTube channel All Def Digital. He has also been featured in Funny or Die, BuzzFeed, MTV2, and WorldStarHipHop. You will learn first hand how he built his successful comedy career in the digital space.
And for all you comedy writers, you won't want to miss Jon Heyman, a veteran writer and producer best known for his work on Seinfeld and Curb Your Enthusiasm.

Just like at Rock Camp, once you sign up, our dedicated camp director will reach out to you. They'll assess your skills and engage in a personalized conversation to understand your aspirations and goals for camp. This helps us tailor your experience and place you in the perfect group.
At our camp, we'll organize campers into three distinct categories: beginners, intermediates, and advanced talents. You'll enjoy four days in intimate settings, guided by seasoned comedians who will fine-tune your material and polish your act for the grand finale at the illustrious THE HOLLYWOOD IMPROV.
At the first Comedy Camp, folks who never went on stage before did a 3 ~ 5 minute set on the final performance. It was awesome! Whether you want to be a full time comic or pick up comedy skills for your business or personal life this camp is for you. Our goal is for you to build a solid 3 ~ 5 set and kill it in your open mics, all of which we will help you do. “I came home and booked five gigs!" - camper Aaron Drussel... “I would have paid double to get that information from the pros” - camper Jerry Joyner... Comedy writers will find themselves in groups of like-minded comedians, with similar experience levels, and will benefit from top-tier mentors throughout the camp. Your days will be filled with unforgettable encounters as special guest stars grace your sessions, offering their insights and wisdom.
Our primary mission is to catapult you to the next level of your comedic journey, working hand in hand with our extraordinary mentors and superstars.
Over the course of four days, you will learn techniques, tips, and get lessons on all different types and aspects of comedy from your comedic idols! Spend time working on your own material, attending Q&As, panel discussions and masterclasses taught by the industry’s greatest comedians, writers, podcasters, and executives, and, best of all, you will perform live at Hollywood’s famous IMPROV on the final day of camp! This immersive four-day experience offers a unique opportunity to learn from and work with some of the best in the comedy industry.

The camp is primarily geared towards adults, but is open to all ages over 18. Comedy Fantasy Camp is a non-competitive environment and open to all levels from beginners to advanced.
Breakout groups will be based on any previous experience and interests. Once you sign up we will provide you with a questionnaire and later you will have a one on one with our camp director to help prepare you for the best experience. You will also be given a discount code for the host hotel, the Loews Hollywood Hotel, to reserve your room.
