Join a band mentored by one of our rockstar counselors and spend four days jamming with iconic musicians playing the unforgettable hits of Green Day, including: “American Idiot,” “Basket Case,” “Good Riddance (Time of Your Life),” “Boulevard of Broken Dreams,” “21 Guns,” “When I Come Around,” “Wake Me Up When September Ends,” “Holiday,” “Jesus of Suburbia,” and “Minority.” Plus the music of Jane’s Addiction like “Jane Says” “Been Caught Stealing,” “Three Days,” “Just Because,” among others! And that of Smashing Pumpkins, like “1979,” “Tonight, Tonight,” “Bullet with Butterfly Wings,” “Disarm,” “Cherub Rock.”
To cap off this unforgettable experience, you’ll perform live in Hollywood on the Sunset Strip at the legendary Whisky A Go-Go and The Viper Room! This camp is open to instrumentalists and vocalists of all skill levels.
Prior to camp, you’ll have a call with our musical director to ensure you’re placed in the perfect band. You’ll receive a song list to start rehearsing, and before camp begins, you’ll connect with your rockstar counselor and bandmates to prepare for your epic journey.
During the four days of camp, you’ll experience band rehearsals, jam sessions, masterclasses with rockstar counselors, Q&A sessions, live performances, and more.

ROCK AND ROLL FANTASY CAMP IS A FULLY INTERACTIVE PARTICIPATORY CAMP WITH A NON-COMPETITIVE ATMOSPHERE.
There’s no audition here! Whatever your instrument—be it voice, guitar, bass, drums or keyboards, we will make sure you can make a meaningful contribution.
Simply fill out our questionnaire and we will place you accordingly: in a band with other like-minded, similarly skilled fantasy campers all ready to rock. Whatever your level of proficiency, you’ll find your abilities and confidence grow as you rehearse under the constant guidance of one of our amazing rock star counselors.
These phenomenal mentors won’t simply coordinate your band, they’ll inspire you in a series of intimate master classes. Here you will spend quality time focused on perfecting your skills, immersed in lessons specific to your instrument. That way you’ll be at your personal best by the time you perform, and comfortable enough to chill out with them, take a few photos and get your memorabilia signed afterward.

Michael Ryan Pritchard, better known by his stage name Mike Dirnt, is an American rock musician who is the co-founder, bassist, backing vocalist, and occasional lead vocalist of Green Day. He has also played in several other bands, including the Frustrators. His stage name Dirnt was originally a nickname that his friends from grade school gave him, as he constantly played "air bass/guitar" and made a "dirnt, dirnt, dirnt" noise while pretending to pluck the strings.

Ever since Kiki was a wee little girl, she had a passion for animals and music. Like many little girls, she dreamt of being a veterinarian, playing doctor on her stuffed animals. At the age of six, she also discovered her passion for music and started classical piano lessons. When she was thirteen, her family gifted her father the first family acoustic guitar, a Yamaha Eterna, purchased from Costco. Her father taught the first influential three chords G, C, and D. She sought out the rest of her guitar education through the internet (yes, pre-YouTube days). She played in countless garage bands throughout high school with all types of music varying from indie to death metal. She also learned how to play the drums at the age of sixteen followed by a bit of undeniable bass-slapping. After graduating from the University of California, Irvine with a bachelor’s in Biological Science/Pre-Medicine, she decided to take a break from the books and become a full-time guitarist with the all Asian-American girl band, Nylon Pink, and later became the lead vocalist. She then had experience playing on stage with Taylor Swift at the 2014 VMA’s and Usher at CBS’s Fashion Rocks Fall 2014. She was also the lead guitarist of Bret Michael’s in a commercial for Nissan. She then joined the band She Demons put together by Jerry Only’s the Misfits touring internationally and nationwide in the fall of 2015 as direct support. The band name was later changed to Hellfire Heart. After music took a halt, her and former singer of Nylon Pink, Kaila Yu, decided to pivot their brand into a travel blog, which generated over 100,000 views per month in the first six months of release. They later co-wrote the best-selling book “30-Day Travel Challenge: How to Make Your Travel Dreams a Reality and speak as travel experts on multiple news networks such as KTLA, CBS, NBC, and Fox News. Kiki Wong currently plays guitar for the Los Angeles rock band, Vigil Of War, and recently joined Smashing Pumpkins as the new guitarist.

Britt Lightning is the lead guitarist for the legendary 80's rock band Vixen.
From 2015 to 2016 Britt played guitar for Rachel Platten, performing live at festivals and on national TV shows promoting the single "Fight Song", which charted at #6 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. Britt performed live on Good Morning America, the Today Show, Live with Kelly and Michael, VH1, the Teen Choice Awards, Nickelodeon, and performed on the 2016 finale of America's Got Talent, which took place at NYC’s Radio City Music Hall. Britt also performed on Live with Kelly and Michael with Jason Derulo to promote his new album “Tattoos”.
From 2012-2015 Britt performed for 18-time Grammy Award winning artist Alejandro Sanz in his stadium / arena-level world tour. Britt is featured in Sanz’s "La Musica No Se Toca – En Vivo" CD / DVD. Britt joined Sanz at the 2013 Latin Grammy Awards in Las Vegas performing the single “No Me Compares”, and performed with the band at prestigious festivals, venues and international TV specials.
Recently Britt recorded with Alejandra Guzman, an iconic Latin artist who has sold over 30 million records, on her latest live album and DVD, "Live at the Roxy", due to be released later this year.
Labeled the “Closer” by Lady Gaga, Britt has followed her dreams by striving to grow and evolve as a musician and simultaneously earned a degree in Music Business from Northeastern University graduating Summa Cum Laude, and continued her education at Berklee School of Music.

Tommy Black started playing bass for Andy McCoy (Hanoi Rocks) while a teenager when he first arrived in Los Angeles.
Tommy later was a founding member of Sparkler (signed to Irving Azoff's label). He went on to play with Paloalto (Rick Rubin produced) Paloalto later became Golden State of which the guys still play together today. During this time Tommy started playing with Scott Weiland on his solo projects, eventually forming the band Scott Weiland and the Wildabouts and co-writing the album Blaster.
Over the years Tommy has done projects or toured with Iggy Pop (backing vocals for Brick by Brick), Paul Oak-enfold, Daniel Ash (Bauhaus, Love & Rockets), The Nymphs, Zoe Bonham, Mirande Lee Richards, Johnny Marr (Smiths), the Sounds, John Squire (Stone Roses), and The Last Internationale — to name a few — as well as his own album titled "Tommy Black".
He's been on serious MTV & VH1 rotation, and has played Leno, Carson Daly, and Jimmy Kimmel. You can catch him popping up on stage for a jam night at the Viper Room or with his new band Double Cobra with longtime friends, Luke Tierney, Jeff Gross (Silver Jet) and drummer Dan Grody (Killola).
Tommy is also the General Manager of the infamous Viper Room in Los Angeles.

Jennifer Jo Oberle (aka J-Jo) is a professional bassist, vocalist, bandleader, orchestrator, arranger & songwriter based out of Los Angeles, CA. Her touring and recording credits include: Sarah McLachlan, Five for Fighting, Vertical Horizon, Meredith Brooks, Air Supply, Peter Asher, and the late great Denny Laine of Wings. J-Jo has also been commissioned to create symphony shows for Wyclef Jean, Nelly as well as tributes to Prince, Fleetwood Mac and George Michael.

Rafael Moreira (pronounced Hafael) is a Brazilian-American guitarist, singer, songwriter and producer. Currently the lead guitarist with Paul Stanley’s SoulStation, Rafael has performed and/or recorded as a lead guitarist and backing vocalist with P!nk, Christina Aguilera, Backstreet Boys, New Kids On The Block, Don Felder (The Eagles), Steven Tyler (Aerosmith), Stevie Wonder, Blake Shelton, Adam Levine, Cee-Lo Green, Shakira, Billy Sheehan, Tommy Lee, Jason Newsted, Dave Navarro, and many more.
Rafael, who has appeared on virtually every early, daytime and primetime talk and awards show in the U.S., has been a house band member and featured lead guitarist for Rock Star: INXS and Rock Star: Supernova, American Idol, and The Voice. As a composer and producer he has created music for TV shows, video games, films, and trailers, including Transformers: Dark of the Moon.
Rafael’s rock project Magnetico has released two full length Albums "Songs About The World" and "Death Race" and shared bills with KISS, King’s X, Steel Panther, The Darkness, and more, while his instrumental/fusion group,Rafael Moreira Group, headlines SoCal venues playing music from his debut solo Album “Acid Guitar”. There are great guitarists, great vocalists and great songwriters, but Monte Pittman is one of the elite few who can truly lay claim to all three titles. To assert that Pittman has had a storied career is something of an understatement. His journey has taken him around the world to play for fans on 5 continents (including being priveleged to play for US troops in Iraq, Kuwait, Kyrgyzstan and Abu Dabhi), and countless sessions in studios all over the world including some of the most famous in LA (Sound City, The Village, Sunset Sound, Westlake and a few years as a resident musician at Good Night LA).
