The band's well-earned reputation for musical excellence propelled millions of album sales and countless sold-out concerts worldwide. B. King, Mick Jagger, Ray Charles, Alice Cooper, Meat Loaf, Bonnie Raitt, Ricky Martin, Santana, Patti LaBelle, etc. With a style of playing that combines power and finesse, Kenny was named the #1 Pop/Rock Drummer and the #1 Studio Drummer for five consecutive years, and in addition has played on over 30 Grammy-nominated recordings.

Hal Blaine Hal Blaine may well be the most prolific drummer in rock and roll history. He's certainly played on more hit records than any drummer in the rock era, including 40 #1 singles and 150 that made the Top Ten. Eight of the records he played on won Grammys for Record of the Year. Blaine, who was born Harold Simon Belsky in 1929, became a professional drummer in 1948 and joined teen idol Tommy Sands' band in the late Fifties. He was the most in-demand session drummer in Los Angeles during the Sixties and early Seventies, and a list of musicians he played with reads like a who's who of popular music.

In 1961, Blaine drummed on "Can't Help Falling in Love With You," one of Elvis Presley's most memorable sides, and he would play on Presley's film soundtracks throughout the Sixties. However, Blaine's best-known affiliation is with producer Phil Spector, where he served as the percussive backbone of the "Wrecking Crew"-the nickname that younger studio hands on the L.A. scene bestowed on themselves after the rock-hating old-timers complained they were "wrecking the business." He was a key component of Spector's "Wall of Sound" production, which yielded such classic rock and roll hits as "Be My Baby," by the Ronettes, and "Da Doo Ron Ron," by the Crystals.

Blaine also established a fruitful relationship with Beach Boys leader Brian Wilson, for whom he served as the first-call session drummer. Blaine appeared on innumerable Beach Boys hits, ranging from "Surfer Girl" to "Good Vibrations." He also drummed on countless recordings by the cream of West Coast pop musicians, including Jan and Dean, the Mamas and the Papas, the Byrds, Johnny Rivers, the Association, Sonny and Cher, the Grass Roots, and Gary Lewis and the Playboys. On the more "adult" side of the pop ledger, Blaine played drums on recordings by Frank Sinatra and Herb Alpert and the Tijuana Brass. By Blaine's own estimate, he performed on 35,000 recorded tracks over in a quarter century's worth of work. He published his memoirs, Hal Blaine and the Wrecking Crew, in 1990.

Jack Bruce The composer, the singer, the multi-instrumentalist, the Legend. Hailed as one of the most powerful vocalists and greatest bassists of his time, his improvisational skill and utterly unique, free-spirited approach to composition and performance would forever change electric music. His pioneering, full-toned, free-wheeling playing on the electric bass revolutionised the way the instrument is used and influenced the playing of countless bassists to today. Jack Bruce is most famously known for his work with the band Cream, widely regarded as being the world's first notable and functioning supergroup. Cream consisted of Jack Bruce, Eric Clapton and Ginger Baker. Cream's most famous hits include White Room, Crossraods, and Sunshine of Your Love. In 1993, Cream was inducted into the Rock n Roll Hall of Fame. In early May 2005, Royal Albert Hall was the scene for the group's much anticipated reunion, described by THE WASHINGTON TIMES as "a unique moment in music history. It was a long time coming, but worth the wait." Cream followed up their successful four-night run at the Royal Albert Hall with three sold-out concerts at New York's Madison Square Garden in late October 2005 that reportedly netted more than $11 million.

CHARLES "Keep-A-Knockin" CONNOR, original drummer for Little Richard, created the unique "Choo Choo Train" style of successive eighth notes with a loud backbeat used by nearly all subsequent Rock 'n' Roll drummers and, in fact, his drumsticks are on display at the Rock 'n' Roll Hall of Fame Museum in Cleveland, Ohio. His innovative playing has since been the inspiration for a long list of players and products such as special double bass drum pedals.

Bat out of Hell, the debut album that had been four years in the making, has sold over 37 million copies. After almost 30 years, it still sells an estimated 200,000 copies annually, and stayed on the charts for over 9 years. Each of the seven tracks on the album eventually charted as a single hit. Sixteen years later, lightning struck twice with Bat Out of Hell II: Back into Hell, which included the international chart-topper "I'd Do Anything For Love (But I Won't Do That)" and earned Meat Loaf a Grammy for Best Rock Vocal Solo Performance. Bat Out Of Hell II went to #1 in the US and UK and has sold in excess of 20,000,000 copies. Bat Out of Hell III: The Monster is Loose more than lives up the standard of excellence set by its two predecessors, and stands as one of Meat Loaf's most symphonic, emotional and personal journeys yet.

Joey Molland
Joey Molland played in various bands in Liverpool around the time the Beatles took off and made history. Some of these bands played the same circuit and string of clubs as the Beatles, like the Cavern and The Blue Angel, and were also influenced by the same artists as the Fab Four, such as Carl Perkins, Little Richard, Jerry Lee Lewis, and of course Elvis Presley.

Joey played in The Merseybeats, The Masterminds, The Fruit Eating Bears, The Cryin' Shames, and Gary Walker And The Rain. He enjoyed the privilege of writing three hit singles in Japan with The Rain and played on such hits in England as Spooky and She Belongs To Me, with The Masterminds.

Then in 1969, he was asked to join Badfinger. He moved down to London to live with the band and record their third album for Apple Records, The Beatles' own label. The first album was made under the name of the Ivey's, and the second was a reissue of songs from the first record and some new songs written for a movie, starring Ringo and Peter Sellars, called The Magic Christian. Joey appeared on the first 'new' album done under their new title Badfinger, (given to them by Neil Aspinall of Apple). He added some super rhythm and gave them a different direction with his rock'n'roll. He wrote more tunes than anyone else in the band and played almost all the lead guitar on the hit singles created by Badfinger in the 70's. They had four top ten singles on the charts and they wrote one of the most famous hits of all time, Without You (done by Harry Nilsson in '72 and Mariah Carey in '94). Their hits include Come And Get It (which was given to them by Paul McCartney), No Matter What, Day After Day, and Baby Blue.

The band toured America seven times in four years and recorded four albums for Apple Records, then two more for Warner Brothers until they lost Pete the guitar player in 1975. They reformed in '77-'78 with two of the former members and recorded two more albums. Joey also made two solo records, producing one by himself, while playing most of the instruments as well.

While in Badfinger, at Apple, he played on George Harrison's All Things Must Pass album and played at the Bangla Desh concert in 1972 at Madison Square Gardens and on the album that followed. He also played with John Lennon on his Imagine album.

He has produced several other bands in his career spanning 35 years in the music business. He has performed all over the world with other famous acts and artists, as Badfinger and as himself with his own trio. He has received rave reviews worldwide for his music and records and has published over 60 songs on CDs and albums through the years. Also adept at a bit of comedy, he has had them rolling in the aisles with laughter for years, with his Liverpool wit and talent shining through in each new song or phrase that he writes. Joey is currently touring and recording with his trio Joey Molland's Badfinger, featuring Mark Healy on bass and vocals, who has played with Joey since 1986 and Brian Jentges on drums and vocals. It is a real treat hearing these ageless hit songs played by such an exciting band from such a notable career.

Mick Ralphs was the lead guitarist for not one, but two of album rock's most storied bands: underappreciated glam rock legends Mott the Hoople, and the far more commercially successful Bad Company. Born in 1948 in Hereford, England (near Wales), Ralphs played with a blues-rock group called the Buddies (who released a single in 1964) in his teens, and then moved on to the mod-styled Doc Thomas Group, whose self-titled 1967 debut album was issued only in Italy. A name change to Silence followed in 1968, and the group evolved into Mott the Hoople by the following year. Several years of struggle followed before the group hit it big with David Bowie's "All the Young Dudes" in 1972. The more popular Mott became, the more they emphasized Ian Hunter's songwriting over the other members'; Hunter's increasing ambition was more and more at odds with Ralphs' taste for simple, riff-driven hard rock.

In 1973, after the release of Mott, Ralphs left the band to form Bad Company with two ex-members of Free. His composition "Can't Get Enough," which Mott was unable to record because of the vocal register in which it was written, became an immediate hit and pushed the group's 1974 debut album to number one in the U.S. A string of hugely successful albums followed up to 1982, making Bad Company one of the top arena rock acts in the world. After the initial lineup disbanded, Ralphs recorded a solo album, Take This!, which was released on the small Rock Machine label in 1984. In 1986, the first of several Bad Company reunions took place, which have continued to the present day (Ralphs was present for all of them, and plays guitar on every one of the group's albums and singles). In 2001, Ralphs released his second solo album, the all-instrumental effort It's All Good, on the Angel Air label.
