How It Works

The 1^st step is to collaborate with management to understand the mission and to develop goals and objectives for the program. RRFC Corporate Team Building will then design the program around those objectives and link the RRFC experience to meet those criteria.

At the 1^st session we introduce the program content and process. The participants are divided into teams, typically of 5-20 members each. Each team is assigned a series of task that must be met over a 2-3 hour period. Within each team is a famous "Rock Counselor", who will assist and mentor the team through the process.

In session 2, the teams led by their "Rock Counselor" are off to their creative studio where the members must assign roles, establish time frames for the tasks at hand, reach consensus on the tasks at hand and work collaboratively to get to the final task which is to re-write the lyrics of a famous song written or performed by their "Rock Counselor."



In session 3, the band presents their final product. The final product presentation is a performance onstage (with full band back-up) of the song they have re-written. This performance will feature not only the song they have re-written but also their choreography, costumes and ATTITUDE. In the end the audience can be the judge of the winners in one or a variety of categories.

In a multi-day corporate meeting, a debrief of the experience draws closure to the RRFC Team Building experience.
